Alpenbrise 157" (5M)Best Seller

Sailplanes

Alpenbrise 157" (5M)

The Alpenbrise A195 is our flagship slope/electric sailplane. Highly-engineered composite construction gives Alpenbrise the ability to take on soaring in light air, yet when ballasted it screams with superb energy retention and aerobatic potential. Slope it, make it electric and feel free to enjoy it flying in GPS Sport Class. Wing: 4-pieces for easy transport! Construction: GFK/CFK Hybrid (Aeroic) Wings: Carbon with Aeroic Sine Wave spar and composite skin Fuse: Strong Carbon/Kevlar reinforced glass (2.4Ghz friendly) Every Aeroic model comes (S) standard 100% single carbon wing, and carbon tissue surface laminated tail planes (the “from” price quoted here). Light and SS (double carbon) versions are available built to order. Benedikt Stockhausen, Alpenbrise flier from Germany recently had his model record a speed of 361 Kmh in a dive. The model was stressed to nearly 10g in repeated pullouts from heights of around 500 Metres. Has anybody gone faster?

Alpenbrise 157" (4M)Slope or Electric

Sailplanes

Alpenbrise 157" (4M)

Our Alpenbrise A157 is everything good about its bigger brother the A195, but in a four meter wingspan. The A157 has a two-piece wing and comes in all our available design schemes. Slope and electric fuselages are available. Double carbon layup available as an option. Alpenbrise was designed to be a really good looking compact sized Alpine Soarer, and designed to be a possible successor to the great Alpina. With its own special shriek on fast passes, as the vortices are shed at the wingtips, the Alpenbrise has a real presence when flying. Construction: GFK/CFK Hybrid (Aeroic) Wings: Carbon with Aeroic Sine Wave spar and composite skin Fuse: Strong Carbon/Kevlar reinforced glass (2.4Ghz friendly) Every Aeroic model comes (S) standard 100% single carbon wing, and carbon tissue surface laminated tail planes (the “from” price quoted here). Light and SS (double carbon) versions are available built to order.

Spada GoFast 118" (3M)Competition Worthy

Sailplanes

Spada GoFast 118" (3M)

Spada GoFast 3M: This is a slimmer, lighter, stronger, bottom-loading version of the Redshift F3f. Now with  harder layups and a double sine wave spar standard, while new super light Aeroic carbon tissue skinned tailplanes keep the model robust. Its faster overall, accelerates instantly, turns tighter and has more energy retention potential than any model Doc Hammond ever designed — a pure-bred racing plane. With its optimized Optimum Lift Distribution (ODR) planform and low drag/high response aerofoil set, the Spada really snaps. Built to withstand the rigors of F3f or MOM racing, Spada is fast, agile, easy to fly and generally operate, with no bad habits plus being really stable under flaps and easy to land. Every Aeroic model comes (S) standard 100% single carbon wing, and carbon tissue surface laminated tail planes (the “from” price quoted here). Light and SS (double carbon) versions are available built to order.

Toccata 80" (2M)Successor to Typhoon!

Sailplanes

Toccata 80" (2M)

This is the long-awaited replacement for the classic Typhoon that Doc Hammond designed with RCRCM over 15 years ago, and is now the biggest selling 2 meter model of all time with over 2500 Models sold. Originally intended as an introduction to molded models, it has been a first model for many, a trainer, and a good flying, reliable, and easy to install model. Everything has been improved on the new version in both construction and aerodynamics while the basic dimensions and curves that distinguish the model and have made it a classic remain. The all-new Toccata is lighter, stronger, faster and slower on landing than the original; maintains its easy to install radio and has the added benefit of better flying performance, especially in light wind flying, acceleration and energy retention. Every Aeroic model comes (S) standard 100% single carbon wing, and carbon tissue surface laminated tail planes (the “from” price quoted here). Light and SS (double carbon) versions are available built to order.
